Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, manage, and optimize organic social media presence for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, consistency, and engagement contribute to brand growth and lead generation.

You will work closely with our creative, video, and marketing teams to execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage organic social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Create content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation

• Schedule and publish posts using social media tools

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy based on insights

• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends

• Experience managing business or brand accounts

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy

• Familiarity with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• Experience working in a digital marketing or ad agency

• Basic understanding of paid social ads and funnels

• Experience with short-form video or Reels strategy

• Community management or brand engagement experience
